Sv. Filip i Jakov is attractive touristis destination on the coast of Pasmanski Channel, in the vicinity of the city of Zadar and the town of Biograd na moru (3 km away). The place has beautiful rocky, pebble and sandy beaches, as well as clean sea. The sports and recreational offer includes tennis courts and water sports equipment rental (sailing). The gastronomic offer consists of local specialties. Sv. Filip i Jakov is an attractive destination for those who would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The apartments are located in a quiet environments, far away from noise and crowds. The big garden is suitable for safe childrens play in the shade of olive and mediterrannean trees. -Biograd-distance 3 km and Sibenik- distance 45 km to east.
